Our fiber laser systems lift coatings directly off the substrate with no media stream and no chemical strippers — nothing to recover, nothing to reclaim. The result is a near paint-ready surface, produced without abrasive blast media or the high-noise compressors that come with traditional sandblasting.
If lead-based paint is suspected, we can perform or verify its presence on-site using a state-of-the-art X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer before work begins, so removal is scoped and handled correctly from the start.
The process works across steel, concrete, and masonry substrates, and incorporates HEPA-filtered negative-air collection to capture emissions at the source — keeping the job compliant with OSHA and EPA worker protection requirements.
