ACT Industrial Solutions is a specialty contractor providing mobile laser ablation and laser cleaning services across the United States — removing rust, lead-based paint, and industrial coatings from steel, concrete, and masonry with advanced fiber laser technology.
Laser ablation is a precise, environmentally responsible alternative to abrasive blasting, sandblasting, chemical stripping, and mechanical surface preparation. Our fiber laser systems lift coatings off the substrate with no media stream — nothing to recover, nothing to reclaim.
The result: minimal waste generation, dramatically reduced worker exposure to hazardous materials, and exceptional control for historic preservation, infrastructure rehabilitation, and industrial maintenance.
ACT Industrial Solutions was founded by the principals of ACT Environmental, Inc. (AEI) — an environmental engineering and consulting firm established in 1991. As an EPA-certified Lead Activity Firm, AEI brings more than 30 years of lead-based paint inspections, hazard and risk assessments, abatement design, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance consulting.
That heritage is the difference. We don’t just operate the laser — we understand the regulatory and safety framework around every coating we remove.
ACT Environmental has designed, monitored, and overseen lead-based paint abatement, coating removal, and historic restoration for clients spanning historic buildings, steel bridges, water treatment facilities, military installations, and critical infrastructure.

ACT Industrial Solutions operates with all required licenses, certifications, and insurance to perform laser cleaning and ablation. We follow strict environmental, health, and safety protocols to protect workers, building occupants, the public, and the environment.
